The Board of Trustees of the village of Freeville will hold a Public Hearing on Monday April 1, 2019 at 7:15 PM at the Village Hall, 5 Factory Street, Freeville, NY to discuss the Fire Contract for the fiscal year 2019-2020.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 5-508 of the Village Law, the Tentative Budget covering the General and Sewer Funds for 2019-2020 has been prepared and filed with the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, 5 Factory Street, where it may be inspected by any interested parties between the hours of 8:00 am – 11:00 am Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s. The Budget will also be posted on the Village’s website in the next few days.  Said tentative General Fund Budget includes maximum compensation for the Mayor of $1,856.40 per annum and for the Trustees of $3,182.40 ($795.60 each) per annum.

A Public Hearing on the Tentative General Fund and Sewer Fund Budget and to establish sewer rates for the 2019-2020 fiscal year, will be held at the Village Hall, 5 Factory Street, Freeville, NY, on Monday April 1, 2019 at 7:30 PM to consider same before final adoption.
