NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Freeville, NY will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 7:15 pm, at the Freeville Village Hall, 5 Factory Street, to present Local Law #1 of 2019: A Local Law to Override the Tax Levy Limit Established in General Municipal Law §3-C.
